Hi there, I’m Brittany Jacobs, a Certified Health Coach (CHC) and a proud graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Class of 2024. My passion for wellness stems from a desire to help others find balance in their lives through personalized health and lifestyle strategies.

My Health Journey
For many years, I struggled with alcoholism and mental health challenges that took a significant toll on my life. These issues created a cycle of distress that affected not only my physical health but also my relationships and self-esteem. I faced a variety of other health problems that compounded my struggles, leaving me feeling lost and overwhelmed.
However, I reached a turning point. Determined to reclaim my life, I began to take my health and wellness seriously. I sought support, educated myself about nutrition, and prioritized self-care. Through therapy and personal reflection, I started to address the root causes of my challenges.
This journey has been transformative. I learned the importance of balance, resilience, and self-compassion. Today, I’m committed to living a healthier, more fulfilling life, and I’m passionate about helping others who face similar struggles.
