What is a coaching program?

A structured series of private and personalized (virtual or in-person) health coaching sessions. All programs are bio-individual and are designed to fit each client’s desires to achieve their health and wellness goals.

How It Works:

Step 1: Initial Consultation (Virtual or In-person) – Complimentary Health History Session

Step 2: First Follow-Up Session: Identify health goals and introduce program details.

Step 3: Continued series of sessions with personalized health & wellness program.

  • 12 sessions bi-weekly for 3 months
  • 24 sessions bi-weekly for 6 months
